Important Guidelines for Registration: PLEASE READ!
Starting with the Fall 2010 season all registrations MUST be paid at the time of registration!
Adult Volunteer Registration
Coaches, assistant coaches and adult volunteers for all leagues must register online and complete an MYSA CORI form before you can participate in league activities. All adult volunteers must enter their date of birth when registering for the first time. If you did not do this, please send an email to the Registrar with your DOB, capacity you are helping, and the registrar will update the system.
Travel Teams:
Travel rosters are formed for Boys and Girls Teams in U10 through U14 Divisions in the fall and U10 through U19 in the Spring. Rosters are selected within 45 days of the last tryout. Teams and divisions selected depend on the number of players who try out and which divisions are being supported by the Middlesex Travel organization for a particular season. All late roster additions must be approved by the Travel Director. Mass Youth Soccer does not allow dual rostering on MYSA affiliated teams above the age of U14.
Tewksbury Intown Recreational League
Rosters will be formed for boys and girls teams in U4, U5, U6, and U8 divisions, and will be announced at least two weeks before the first game of the season. Players must register and pay all registration fees before they can be rostered. All registrations received within five weeks of the first game will be subject to a late fee and players will be wait listed pending placement by age director.

The single season basic registration fee: (This includes a $15 Recreation Department fee which helps cover maintenance for fields and town recreation facilities.)
Middlesex Travel League
$65 All Travel divisions
$60 Intown U6 and U8 divisions
$40 Intown U4 and U5 divisions.
Additional fees vary depending on the league selected and must be paid before uniforms are issued:
- Add $30 for Recreational reversible shirts (if needed). If you have already purchased a red/white or reversible uniform, your child can use it for the U4, U5, U6, and U8 recreational levels.
- Add $45 for Middlesex Travel uniforms. All players making the travel league must buy a new uniform once a year because uniform style and jersey numbers change.
- Spring Uniform Waiver: Players who paid for a uniform in the Fall season do not pay for a new uniform for the Spring season if they change leagues (example: Intown to Travel). TYSL will provide a uniform for the appropriate league at no charge.
- Uniform sizes: Indicate appropriate sizes on registration form(s). Uniforms will not be ordered unless sizes are indicated.
- Family Fee Cap: As of Spring 2009 - a $250.00 maximum per family per season has been instituted.
- Late Fee [$25] will be charged, per player registration, for all registrations received within five weeks of the first game of the season. This date is posted on the website!
Payment Options

- Please be sure to include your child's name and league on the check.
- Players will not be registered or added to rosters until all fees are paid.
Proof of Age: All new members to TYSL must provide a copy of their birth certificate. Age groups are determined by the player's age on August 1 of the year of the fall season, as mandated by the US Youth Soccer Association. Players with an August birthday can play up to the next age group at the parents choice. Players move up to the next age group in the fall.
Special Travel Requirements:
- All candidates must register using the travel registration and pay the registration fee prior to attending tryouts.
- Players MUST attend at least one travel tryout each season or obtain a waiver from the Travel Director.
- If a player cannot be rostered on a travel team, all fees will be refunded in full.
Refunds:
In-town registration fees can be refunded prior to the first game with the following qualifications. The amount refunded will be equal to the registration fee less all TYSL expenses (insurance, field use fees, uniforms etc.). After the first game, no refunds will be provided unless there are extenuating circumstances. Late fees are non-refundable.
Travel Team fees are non-refundable after March 1st for the Spring season. There are no refunds for travel registration fees after August 1st for the Fall season. Prior to these dates, refunds will be equal to the registration fee less all TYSL expenses (insurance, field use fees, uniforms, etc.) Late fees are non-refundable.
