TOPS is run by volunteer parents from the community to provide opportunities for players of all abilities to participate in playing soccer. For the Fall 2009 season we will play every Saturday beginning September 12th through Nov 7th, with the exception of Columbus day weekend, at 2pm at the Frasca Lower Fields (near the red shed). Newcomers are always welcome.
